Summary: Support specified input and output file names with guacenc

Currently, the guacenc utility takes a list of input files, but assumes their
output file names and output file extension. Guacenc should support a second
set of arguments that takes a specified input filename and a specified output
filename without removing the originally interface guacenc has always supported.
