I am adding a new security mode specific to Hyper-V / VMConnect which will be
documented as automatically selecting security negotiation settings appropriate
for VMConnect.
The current implementation of this mode will automatically select port 2179 and
leverage the {{VmConnectMode}} flag, and should be sufficiently decoupled from
FreeRDP internals that we can adjust the implementation if {{VmConnectMode}} is
eventually no longer needed.
