[~xiemeilong]: Yes, I understand - I'm not saying the user has to know anything
about Guacamole, just that the user can be told, "Don't use the Download"
folder.
However, as a part of GUACAMOLE-474 I am adding a couple of parameters that
allow for disabling uploads and downloads, and I've added a change to that will
remove the Download folder entirely if the disable-download parameter is set
for the RDP connection.
