    Zenkaku_Hankaku key is very important for Japanese keyboards and we can do 
almost nothing without it.  This is a very serious problem.  (Imagine a 
situation where you cannot use the Shift key.  You cannot enter many 
characters.  This problem is more serious than the Shift key problem.  In 
Japan, this key is pressed first and is frequently used to switch between Roman 
and Japanese input.)
