Daniel Moscovitch commented on GUACAMOLE-288: --------------------------------------------- The very Difficult way around this we've found for now is to manually Stretch a web browser on the users machine they connect from (example a laptop with an external monitor) across both screens. This is not always easy as windows only allows Maximize on 1 screen. Once your browser is BIG as you can stretch it, then you connect. Or control-alt-shift Disconnect/Reconnect if you're already connected. This will in effect give you 1 large screen. Also I believe only certain versions of windows workstation allow you to connect RDP using multiple monitor (ie enterprise , and not just PRO) so really the multi monitor is up to the browser at this point. Although perhaps a way to Merge 2 sessions into 1 where you'd have a LEFT and a RIGHT session 1 each connected to each screen remotely may work, but again, the local windows version may need to support that. -danielm > Add support for multi-monitor connections > ----------------------------------------- > > Key: GUACAMOLE-288 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GUACAMOLE-288 > Project: Guacamole > Issue Type: New Feature > Components: guacamole-client, guacamole-server > Reporter: Slava > Priority: Minor > > Hello, > I'm wondering if multi monitor support for RDP (and maybe even VNC?) is on > Guacamole's roadmap? Currently, when we RDP to a workstation with multiple > displays, we only see the primary display. Can't find any options in the > connection settings to configure multiple monitors. > I've found a ticket on the old Jira where a developer suggested it may be a > trivial fix that involves adding a few flags and then the ticket went quite > in 2015...so just wondering if this feature is in fact being added and if > there is any ETA for it? > Thank you -- This message was sent by Atlassian Jira (v8.3.4#803005)
