We are testing Apache Guacamole, and we have managed to make audio input work
via RDP, but the sound quality is pretty ugly.
Below you can see an screenshot of the WAV audio spectrum recorded in Audacity,
where the issue trough Guacamole is evident and you can see the audio input
have a lot of noise and robotic voice. In the other hand there is no issue via
Microsoft Remote Desktop Client. We have made some testings whit Audacity and
other sound recorders, and at the same time we are testing with SIP calls with
Zoiper, MicroSIP and XLite in the remote side. Oddly Zoiper offer a much better
sound quality and we can say that is pretty nice.
