[~jpellman]: Thanks for the kind words. I believe the Pull Request needs a
little more work prior to merge - I think Mike had suggested a couple of
changes to it that I need to complete prior to another review and merge. Focus
has been on getting 1.2.0 ready to release, so some of these have fallen by the
wayside in that effort.
