I seem to recollect this was a known issue with early versions of freerdp 2.0, 
and that later builds had addressed it, -although I can't immediately find the 
reference-.

Ok, here it is: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GUACAMOLE-950 , you might 
want to check that out (the issue is marked as resolved).

If you could follow the process described above and confirm that sorts your 
problem we could close this ticket. As an alternative to the described test you 
could compile the latest freerdp2 from source, or upgrade to Ubuntu 20.04 which 
I believe has a later build package.
