Thanks, Mike. I knew I unfortunately didn't have any luck using PHP! :)
I used the "Altering existing HTML content through special HTML patches"
process to add the "NOTIFICATIONS" section to the page.
Following REST, would I then need to have a listener that listens to a command
requesting "notifications" on the server, then it returns the notifications. I
guess javascript on the page reads the notifications and formats them
accordingly? Is that how things should work? I haven't worked with anything
like this before.
Do you have any examples? The only examples I have of guacamole-ext are either
too simple (replacing the logo), or too different (authentication extensions).
If you have any other in between examples you can send my way, I can try to
understand them, and implement what I'm after.
