--------------------------------------------------------------------
[~leo87las]: You may need to provide a little more detail on what you mean by
each of these.
* Add multiple roles of user permissions, such as auditing role - I'm assuming
by this you mean the ability for a non-admin user to see things like connection
history? See GUACAMOLE-460.
* Add support for PowerShell - I've no idea what you mean, here. I'm a little
biased because I think PowerShell is the worst possible excuse for a scripting
language EVER invented, but, setting my bias aside, I still don't know what you
mean by this. Are you talking about some sort of PowerShell-based module for
interacting with the REST API for things like session management, user
management, etc.? Or something else?
* Provide way to see recorded videos within guacamole webpage - This has also
been requested in the past (GUACAMOLE-462), and the biggest challenge here is
that the guacd portion of Guacamole that does the actual recording doesn't
"know" anything about the administrative controls that Guacamole Client has -
things like users, groups, connections, connection permissions, etc. So,
there's no solid way to associate the recording produced by guacd with the
session opened on the Guacamole Client side. The best way to do this at
present would be to use Parameter Tokens to name each of the recording files in
a way or place them in a directory that helps associate the user, IP,
connection, etc., with the recording.
