No, please don't reopen a ticket which has already gone out as part of a 
release. At this point, that ticket is a part of history. If you are 
encountering a problem, you should either post to the [email protected] 
mailing list or open a new JIRA issue. If related to GUACAMOLE-784, you can 
always represent that with an issue link.
