Unlike {{disable-paste}}, the recently added {{disable-copy}} connection
parameter for RDP does not appear to behave correctly. Copying from within an
RDP connection to the external client machine works regardless of whether
{{disable-copy}} is set to {{true}}.
The parameter behaves correctly only if both {{disable-copy}} and
{{disable-paste}} are set to {{true}}, in which case support for the CLIPRDR
channel is not loaded at all.
