To clarify, these limits do not limits the ability of user to log in to
Guacamole in more than one place, they set limits on establishing connections
to Connections or Connection Groups. Maybe this is what you mean by "access
another instance of Guacamole", but it wasn't clear from your original
description whether you mean just accessing Guacamole (home screen), or
actually establishing a connection?
