When you tell Guacamole that the remote desktop is using a French keyboard
layout, and then locally press Ctrl+Alt, Guacamole's RDP support knows that
Windows considers Ctrl+Alt equivalent to AltGr. When you press a key whose
identity requires that AltGr not be in effect ("a" in this case), Guacamole
will automatically release Ctrl+Alt on your behalf to allow the pressed key
("a") to have the correct identity.
