scenario -
1-only one connection exist
2-parent group has all the system permissions and user member inherits all the
permissions from it's parent group but doesn't have any permissions given
explicitely
outcome - VM connection page comes up directly on logging in to the user
without having an option to go to home page but if we even assign any one
system permission explicitly to the user , this issue doesn't happen.
