Please post your question to the mailing list - JIRA is not a support forum,
and the issue you're seeing is almost certainly not a bug.
Also, 0.9.13-incubating is a very old version of Guacamole - I highly suggest
you upgrade to a more recent version (1.3.0 is the latest).
