If you are having trouble with something fundamental to Guacamole (like simply
connecting to a remote desktop), please keep in mind that [it is unlikely that
you are encountering a
bug|http://guacamole.apache.org/faq/#probably-not-a-bug]. Rather than open a
bug report in JIRA, instead request assistance on the [email protected]
mailing list:
http://guacamole.apache.org/support/#mailing-lists
The community should be able to help you chase down why you are not able to
connect.
