Can you clarify where you need this keyboard layout added? There are two
possible places:
* RDP support in guacamole-server requires specific layouts for connecting to
servers where the layout is set on the server, but the French Belgian Azerty
keyboard was added in GUACAMOLE-901.
* The on-screen keyboard in the client also requires that the layout be
defined, and this is currently missing, but should only impact you if you need
the on-screen keyboard - it does not impact Guacamole's ability to support a
physical keyboard of that layout.
