When we want to add multiple users at a time, we normally create 1 user and
clone the rest. That way we only have to enter whatever info. is unique to that
user while keeping the rest of it same.
When we hit save, it creates the new user (in the background) but throws a
"Permission Denied" error pop-up on the same screen. Maybe its an issue with
our environment only but needs to be checked.
