Nick Couchman commented on GUACAMOLE-1344:
------------------------------------------
You'll have to provide more information than this. Useful items would be:
* Environment (version of Guacamole, DB type and version, JDBC driver, etc.)
* Logs from Tomcat. You might even need to put Guacamole Client into debug mode
to generate extra logs.
* Possibly logs from browser Network Console, showing exact REST API endpoint
and errors.

> When we want to add multiple users at a time, we normally create 1 user and
> clone the rest. That way we only have to enter whatever info. is unique to
> that user while keeping the rest of it same.
> When we hit save, it creates the new user (in the background) but throws a
> "Permission Denied" error pop-up on the same screen. Maybe its an issue with
> our environment only but needs to be checked.
