Regarding having pre-built DB images, I'm not certain if the Guacamole project 
can (or should) actually provide those. There may be some licensing 
restrictions that prevent us from doing that, or it may be perfectly fine - 
[~mjumper] can probably speak more to whether or not that's feasible or 
desirable.
