I suspect that it will - we recently received a report of this at my dayjob,
and it seems to simply be a difference in behavior between older and newer
RemoteApp:

Older versions of Windows would render the window decorations of minimized
windows, but newer versions instead rely on the client doing this manually
(even when the client declares that it is not rendering window decorations).
