Merged issue guacamole-1291 has problem.
Lines that reference another translation is missing.
(eg.{{"ACTION_LOGOUT" : "@:APP.ACTION_LOGOUT"}}).)
They should be added.
When I remove lines that reference another translation, they are not translated.
