------------------------------------------

Hello Mike!

I am not sure how you would be able to reproduce the behavior in your
environment without the application. Specifically, we are using Tally ERP
([TallyPrime - Business Management Software in India | Tally
Solutions|https://tallysolutions.com/tally-prime/]). The issue is across the
browsers and subsides if the user either logs in again or refreshes the screen.

> Hello,
> We use Guacamole to access an application hosted on Windows Server
> environment (in kiosk mode). This application has many shortcut keys defined
> which work perfectly fine BUT only for a while. After lets say, working for
> 30mins, they stop working and to get it to work again, all the users have to
> refresh their screens.
> We have the same keyboard layout defined in the server and in the Guac
> connection which is US English Qwerty.
> Not sure why the shortcuts automatically stop from being redirected.
