This sounds like something unrelated to Guacamole, and more likely related to
the remote desktop. Remote desktop servers typically disable remote key repeat,
but if this is not done, the behavior described is exactly what will happen and
there's nothing Guacamole can do to prevent it. Minor network delays in
receiving key events on the remote desktop side would result in the remote
desktop or OS interpreting that delay as if the user is holding down the key.
For strictly Guacamole, assuming the remote desktop is not behaving oddly as
described above, key repeat is strictly local and cannot behave in this way
unless the user is truly holding down those keys. If there were such an issue,
it'd be pretty widely noted:
