Followed a long chain of duplicated tickets to come to this one that was still
open, so hopefully the issue where the current docker version of guacd is
unable to SSH into any server that has dropped support for ssh-rsa - my list of
servers and appliances I can no longer connect to via Guacamole is growing
larger each week.
