Mike Jumper commented on GUACAMOLE-1485:
----------------------------------------

{quote}
all.min.js:1 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<'
guacamole.e3eeaef….js:1 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<'

Could it be related to the different default vars like GUACAMOLE_HOME?

No, this looks more like you are receiving an HTML error page from something on
your network.

Retesting myself against the Docker images, things appear to be working
absolutely fine - I see no errors, and I do get the expected responses from the
webapp for the above .js files. I suggest clearing browser cache, waiting a
good while for Tomcat to start in case it's having trouble obtaining enough
entropy, and checking whether the contents of the (presumably HTML) responses
behind those syntax errors might reveal what is causing the JavaScript to not
be properly received by your browser.

Failing that, if you're still having trouble, please come to the user@ mailing
list for assistance. There does not appear to be a bug here, and the community
should be able to help you sort out what's going on.

> Dear Devs,
> i am using v1.3.0 docker based environment with separate volumes for the
> guacd / guacamole configuration described in the docs. After release v1.4.0 i
> try to adopt this with the v.1.4.0 docker files from hub.docker.com, but
> guacamole docker container start failed.
> Seems to me that i have to modify the config and/or database config... Where
> are information about this procedures stored or have i setup a complet new
> config? Rollback to v1.3.0 works without any probs.
> Thanls a lot for any hints!
