I tried to input some Spanish vowels (ô, ò, û) with the accent, I can't input 
them.
 * ô: AltGr + { + o
 * ò: AltGr + } + o
 * û: AltGr + { + u

Please refer to the attached video.

 

My test environment follows as below:
 * Guacamole keyboard layout: Spanish (Qwerty)
