In guacamole 1.3 we used to have the "Super" key in the on-screen keyboard
which acted as a windows button and launches the start. In 1.4 "Super" key is
replaced by "Meta" key but on clicking the "Meta" key, the start is not
launched. It doesn't act as a window button. Can you suggest a workaround for
this?
