[~MacDonagal]: Sounds like you're actually looking for Smart Card/Certificate 
passthrough, which does not necessarily depend upon WebUSB support. 
Certificates can be passed from browser to web application without the need for 
the USB layer, and I suspect we could provide them over Guacamole to the RDP 
server.
