Summary: Make GUAC_DISPLAY_MAX_COMBINED_SIZE configurable (was: Is it
possible to make the parameter GUAC_DISPLAY_MAX_COMBINED_SIZE externally
configurable? We hope to use this parameter to control the size of combined
images in order to accommodate environments with poor network conditions.)
