It looks like we never got a +1 on this fix, but it got merged in anyways.
Reopening
-1 from me, simply commenting out the offending statement is not the best
solution here. Better to remove it entirely.
This is also a good opportunity to remove the creation of the MADlib schema as
well. This and the plpython additions were made at the same time when we
weren't able to handle creating User Defined Types.
I can create a separate jira for that if you think that makes more sense, but
let's solve this one at a minimum by actually removing the code.
