Based on the discussions around commit process on the dev list I'd like to get
a second or third +1 on my patch before resolving this issue.
Also, experimenting a bit with the apache review tool
(http://reviews.apache.org), I put together a code review in that tool and
added [~aelhelw] (who previously reviewed Roman's github PR) and [~rvs] as
reviewers. Not sure if that's going to automatically show up here or not.
