HDP 2.3 which uses hadoop 2.7.0 is certified with JDK1.8

Ambari 2.1.0 also has been certified with JDK 1.8 and has deprecated 1.7

Also Hadoop 3.0 onwards has set 1.8 as the minimum version.
As of now, there is no release milestone for this update as it is tied with the
other products we package in PHD/HDB
