Summary: Stopping PXF shows SEVERE message, which is misleading

When stopping PXF, although it stops OK it shows SEVERE error message regarding
port.

SEVERE: No shutdown port configured. Shut down server through OS signal. Server
not shut down.
The stop command failed. Attempting to signal the process to stop through OS
signal.
Tomcat stopped.
