This is because PXF moved from tcServer (pivotal commercial license) to tomcat 
(open source), which doesn't mask the tomcat side sever error messages.

This is a lower priority item for 2 reasons:
1) if user stops pxf through Ambari (Plugin for HAWQ), the status shows GREEN
2) the service is stopped correctly.

Note: if user types "stop pxf-service" in command line, it'll show the error 
message in the description.
