Sounds good. It should be under its own directory and jar (pxf-json), similar
to pxf-hdfs and pxf-hbase.
We need to decide if we want to compile and package it as part of the generic
make - if so it should be easy to modify build.gradle with the new subproject.
Another option is to have a separate gradle file inside the directory, but I am
not sure it's necessary.
