I'm trying to find a way to shim Python psi in for Ubuntu since it does not
seem to build with pip or ship in an apt package.
At the moment, I seem to have missed a step in my process to bring up a cluster
and need to walk back through my notes. I can build on CentOS but the cluster
won't start for me. It just hangs at:
