1. {panel}pip{panel} is platform independent. If you can't search `psi` library 
out, please install it using command like: 'sudo pip using PSI --index 
https://pypi.python.org/pypi/PSI/0.3b2`.

2. According to your pasted info above, it seems that you have a old HAWQ 
version installed(in latest version we delete `gpstart`, instead we use `hawq 
init cluster`). If it is not convenient for you to upgrade HAWQ, could you 
attach the detailed info in 
`/var/lib/hawq/hawqAdminLogs/hawq_start_20160412.log`?
