HAWQ-966. Adjust libyarn output log messages.
Change some log message level to DEBUG1. Property
'yarn.client.log.severity' in yarn-client.xml can be used to change the output
log level, default value is 'INFO', others can be 'DEBUG1', 'WARNING', etc.
