[~jbeckman] Yes. User can modify this guc. Currently this guc only support
"standalone" for using hawq native acl check and "ranger" for using
apache-ranger to manage privileges. After changing the guc, hawq should
restart to take it effective. The default value is "standalone". If user
configure it as "ranger", there are some other gucs should be set as well.
Please document them all after we finished the ranger work. Thanks.
