HAWQ-1351. Remove tweets.tar.gz & generate it dynamically.
Remove the binary test tarball
(pxf/pxf-json/src/test/resources/tweets.tar.gz). The binary test tarball will
be generated dynamically prior to the gradle pxf-json test task.
The file tweets.tar.gz is currently flagged by Apache RAT as a binary file.
Removing this file will help avoid confusion during Apache release review
process.
