Francisco Guerrero updated HAWQ-1645:
-------------------------------------
    Description:
Currently, IntelliJ navigates to / refactors generated files rather than the
source files since the generated files are the ones that actually get compiled.

By removing code generation and hardcoding the PXF API version (which rarely
changes anyway), we can use IntelliJ features more productively.

Additionally, gradle is using an older version, upgrading to the latest version
of gradle.
