allow hbase shell command to operate on group of tables

Suppose I have the following 20 tables in HBase:
ERRORS-1276213362068-1
ERRORS-1276213362068-2
ERRORS-1276213362068-3
...
ERRORS-1276213362068-20
HBase shell commands, such as disable and drop, should be able to operate on
group of tables which are identified by prefix or suffix.
