@Cosmin This is what README.txt says: "See the docs directory or
http://hbase.org"
I don't think we should put doc. into README.txt. Rather it should be in the
hbase 'book' which user can find in subdir. README.txt should just point to
it. Otherwise we'll have doc. in two places. What you think?
