stack resolved HBASE-2405.

Resolution: Fixed
Opens and closes are done by executors now. By default regionservers have 3
opener handlers (with one extra each for meta and root). Configuration can up
or down the number. Splits are not yet done by executors nor compactors and
flushers but thats coming in a different issue.
Closing as fixed by HBASE-2692
