+1 on commit. +1 on Kannan's rpc version bump especially if hbase-3162 goes in
too... (We're due a version bump -- I think I reverted a version bump when I
was fixing broke unit tests because I'd seen complaint up on hudson about
incompatiblie versions and never put the version increment back).
