Sorry, strike that last comment on resets, I should pay more attention.  Yes, 
since these values are being incremented in separate counters, we are keeping 
the same values for all time.  We need to reset the HFile and HLog counters 
when RegionServerMetrics.resetAllMinMax() is called, to at least separate the 
average values for each polling period.
