Enhance checkAndPut and checkAndDelete with comparators from o.a.h.h.filter.
Rather than support only an equality test against a binary string, test for any
comparison operator result: LESS, LESS_OR_EQUAL, EQUAL, NOT_EQUAL,
GREATER_OR_EQUAL, GREATER, and NO_OP; and compare using any of the comparators
that extend WritableByteArrayComparable: Binary, BinaryPrefix, RegexString,
Substring.
