I am +1 on this getting done "at some point" :) Won't comment on pre- or
post-92.
We could get started on the necessary refactoring before doing the build
changes, though, by using a tool like JDepend to analyze inter-class and
inter-package dependencies. Anyone have experience with this? (I don't, I've
just heard of it)
